The hotel is located in a convenient spot by the river, with several shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast offers a variety of options, and the bar area creates a welcoming atmosphere. the laundry room is an added benefit for travelers. the antique-style furniture in the lobby and public areas gives the hotel a unique charm.

Spent Xmas in this fancy hotel, and the hot chocolate served at breakfast and the views were amazing! Besides, the hotel's location was perfect - close to the ski hills and in a charming area. During our stay, the hotel offered us live entertainment every night, which we loved.
The bathroom cleanliness wasn't up to our standards, and the service we received was poor- not attentive, lacking in friendliness and responsiveness, and rude at times. We had several issues with the room and were met with indifference from the staff. In addition, we found that the food quality did not match the high prices.

The hotel and the room were well appointed. The staff were friendly and when my wife broke her leg were very very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the evening meal was good value. We will certainly be back.
The mattress is a little on the hard side.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, leaving us pleasantly surprised at the end. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the fantastic views of the surrounding mountains that our room provided. The attention to detail in the hotel was commendable, from the beautiful artwork to the extensive grounds leading down to the river. We also appreciated the basic amenities such as the laundry room and baby club, which made our stay even more convenient.
All aspects of our stay were pleasant and satisfactory.

Beautifully renovated old era hotel with friendly staff and good access to the Cortina Ski Slopes.
The restaurant serves too simple breakfast, and is open for only one hour in the evening for dinner with a very limited menu.

It was a very pleasant surprise the staying at this hotel. It's like a castle. The rooms are very clean and spacious and also the bathrooms. The hotel it's in a park so you can walk around a lot. I've seen some bikes in the racks so i belive you can rent them.
The location is a little bit far away from the nearest village. If you want to go, you have to drive. The hotel bar is very poor. We've hardly found a bottle of wine to drink.
